WASTE HEAT RECOVERY
The ZEETExchanger captures waste heat (from incinerators, produced water, boiler burners, etc), which it transfers to a process medium (thermal oil/water/glycol/combustion air) that is used elsewhere in the operations.
EXHAUST HEAT RECOVERY
The ZEETExchanger directs hot engine/turbine exhaust gas, transferring the heat to a process medium (thermal oil/water/glycol/combustion air) that is used elsewhere in the operations, including Organic Rankine Cycle applications.
WATER HEATING
Process water, including Frac water, must be heated (for much of the year) using diesel (or Propane/Nat Gas) heaters, resulting in thousands of liters of diesel or Millions of Btu's of Propane/Nat Gas being consumed on a daily basis. The ZEETExchanger heats water with significantly less energy input - greatly reducing GHG emissions.
GRAIN DRYING
Utilizing its ZEETExchanger technology, ZEET has developed an innovative mobile grain drying process that is significantly more efficient than incumbent grain drying systems. This leading edge technology allows farmers to dry their grain in much less time, right at the point of field production.
